Good morning Krafty DUDES and DUDETTES....This week at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge blog, we have a really fun challenge for you and the man in your life! How about taking a wee krafty break and letting the DUDE(S) in your life try their hand at a little krafting. Well, the Krafty GIRLS have handed the Copics and the stamps over to the men in their life and we let them riffle through our stash to make a KRAFTY DUDE card! It was a lot of fun too! This week Clint the Cowboy is up for grabs as the prize and if you can coerce your big DUDE or a little DUDE into making a card for the challenge with a KKStamp, you could win a Clint the Cowboy stamp of your very own.
Also, today is the last day to take advantage of the Kustomer Appreciation Special that Kimmie is having at the Kraftin' Kimmie on-line store and this is our last KKS challenge for the year and it will stay open until our First challenge of 2011 on January 8th....so you have lots of time for your Krafty DUDE to join us over the Christmas holidays!

So my hubby Chris made this card with Raymond the Golfer and added the sentiment that comes with him. He coloured Raymond with my Copics and I drew in the background and I think it looks awesome. He had this divot thingy that he added to embellish it a bit.

This card is made by my sweet Kieran he will be 9 years old on the 28th. I think he did a fabulous job colouring up this super cute image called Snowshoe Fun by Steven Leary from the December release of Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. He really concentrated on doing his best job he could on the colouring! He asked if I had a snowflake stamp and I just so happened to have the stamp that comes with Antoinette and he used one of the sentiments from Kimmie's Holiday sentiment set.

So, last weekend, Chris and I went to Boston for a few days, for a little getaway and we had a fabulous time! He got tickets to his favourite hockey team, the Boston Bruins, so we took in the game on Saturday and we went to the New England Aquarium. I fell in love with the super cute penguins there. We went to a few Irish pubs but found one called The Black Rose that we liked the best, as they had a good Irish band playing. I had some yummy New England Clam Chowder and ate the best Fish and Chips ever at Ned Divine's. It was a lot of fun! Boston is a beautiful city and I would love to go back again. I thought I would share a pic of some cute penguins....these guys were my fave! Akkkk... aren't they cute!
Well, thanks so much for stopping by and having a wee peek at Chris and Kieran's cards and I hope you are able to convince your DUDE to join us at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge, smile!

Penguins are my very favourite of the Christmas images aside from the obviously Christian - along with snowflakes so...... your post was full of interest. My husband gets twitchy just watching me craft so no chance there....... Chris's embellishment is brilliant - now I do acquire fuse wire & medicine bottles & all manner of objects my husband wonders if I might find a use for...... Kieran's snowflakes with that paper & that penguin is a dream.
Glad you had a good time away too.
