Lily Pad Cards' First Birthday Blog Hop...It's Party Time!!!

 

Welcome to the Lily Pad Cards’ First Birthday Blog Hop...Whoo hoo!!! As a past Lily Pad Cards Guest Designer, I was thrilled to be asked to join the Lily Pad Cards gang to help celebrate their First Birthday!!! So, if you want to start the blog hop at the beginning of the hop just head on over to the Lily Pad Cards blog! If you arrived here from Suzie's blog then you are in the right spot!

There are three fabulous prize packages up for grabs with a total retail value of over $300! These prizes will be awarded by random draw. There are two ways to be eligible for the prize drawings. You can “like” us on Facebook but if you do not have a Facebook account, you can also be eligible for the prize drawings by leaving a comment on the Lily Pad Cards blog. So, for my card today I thought I would take the opportunity to showcase one of the New My Favorite Things, A La Modes stamp sets that will be available in the MFT release on April 3rd 10 PM EST! This New A La Modes, Martinis On Me, was just perfect for a celebratory card for Lily Pad Cards First Birthday Blog Hop! I coloured up this fun ALM girlie with my Copic markers and to add a glossy look to the martini glass I used Viva Decor Transparent Gloss-pen. The papers are Echo Park Victorian Gardens. I also used the new MFT Fishtails Flags STAX Die-namics, the new Chevron Stripes Border Die-namics and the Say What Die-namics dies on my card. To embellish I added a pretty pink pearl and gem flourish that I cut up and sprinkled around the card. The sentiment comes in the great ALM, Martinis On Me stamp set and I stamped it on the Say What speech bubble.

Here is the inside of my card...I stamped the ALM, Martinis On Me girlie again and used the MFT New Circle STAX Die-namics, a sentiment from the Big Greetings Stamp set which will be released on April 3rd 10 PM EST at MFTstamps. I also used the Framed Greetings Die-namics die too.

Guest Designer for Lily Pad Cards blog!

Good morning crafty friends! I am super excited to be the Guest Designer this week over at Lily Pad Cards. This is one of the cards that I have made especially for the occasion and if you pop on over to the Lily Pad Cards blog, you can see the other cards that I've made with instructions and there is also a wee interview with me too. I hope you get a chance to check it!

This card is featuring one of the new Kraftin' Kimmie Halloween stamps, Belinda Bones! I think she is super adorable and quite a talented juggler, smile. I have also used my My Favorite Things Die-namics Leafy Flourish and the paper is My Minds Eye, The Spider's Web.

Here is the inside...I stamped Belinda Bones again with Potter's Clay Memento Ink and this sentiment is from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, Kimmie's Holiday Sentiments set.
