So, I made a card and decorated my new button storage jars! First up  though is my card...I used the Artist Palette and Brush Die-namics and the Clearly Sentimental About Art Stamp set. I also used the Medium Simply Scallops border Die-namics and used each scallop as a "home" for a pretty button from the Cherries Jubilee and Strawberry Cheesecake Color Blenders packages from BG&M. I also used some Maraschino Twinery Twine from MFT. The sentiment from the CS About Art stamp set is stamped on white card cut with the Fishtail Flags Die-namics.

This is the inside of my card...I used the sweet PI You Color My World Girl and another sentiment from the CS about Art stamp set and a little cluster of pretty Cherries Jubilee Buttons from Buttons Galore and More.

I needed a pretty way to store the buttons so I bought a few jars at the dollar store. I wanted to get all the tall glass jars with the glass lids but they only had 4 so I had to settle for 3 smaller jars. I cut chalkboard paper and mats with the Designer Label 3 STAX and ran everything through my Xyron for a good strong adhesive and adhered them to the jars and then added a coordinating button on each of the labels. I think it adds a little splash of colour to my craftroom shelf.

Here is a closer look at the pretty jars of buttons!!! I wrote the names of the button colours on the chalkboard paper label with a chalkboard marker.

The paint palate is very cute! I loce the color you used in the sentiment, and that the paper was empossed. I would have liked it if it just had the button on the sentiment tag. The paper patterns were pretty.I would have liked the twine to be the color of the Yellow/orange daisy in the paper. I hope you don't mind my adding in my comments the little changes I would have made. Thank you for sharing!

Tara, the jars are fantastic! Where did you find chalkboard paper? I didn't even know it existed! Something for me to seriously think about! Meanwhile, your card with the art palette completely blew me away! I love all the colors, the baker's twine, the buttons, the papers, the colors, the layers, have I mentioned the papers? And making the palette kraft was a stroke of genius!

Despite the great number of colours in this piece, I like how they all play together in perfect harmony. I also like the way you highlighted the reds and pinks with your button choices and other accents.
