Hello Stampin' friends! Just a quick post today to share another Christmas card. I just adore this NEW a´ la modes, You're My Cup of Tea stamp set and I especially loved using her on my Christmas cards. I paired her with this pretty MME 6x6 papers called Christmas Wish and matted with Red Hot, Sno Cone and Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock. I coloured her with my Copics and paper pieced her and her giant tea cup.

Photobucket

I cut the NEW Snowflake Doily from glittery Corrugated Card Stock. I also cut several snowflakes with the Let It Snowflake Die-namics. I added a BasicGrey Fabric brad and two BasicGrey painted brads to the centers of the snowflakes.  I stamped a sentiment from the a´ la modes, Hot Cocoa Cutie Stamp set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock cut with the Fishtail Flags STAX and Fishtail Layers STAX Die-namics.

Photobucket
Here is the inside...I stamped the a´ la modes You're My Cup of Tea girl in Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and made a sentiment panel using the Clearly Sentimental Label, the Layered Labels Die-namics and the framed greetings Die-namics. Photobucket

Well, I am 3 for 3...and I'm loving the monthly MFT Scrap Sketch Challenge, aren't you!? I'm hoping to join in with each and every MFT Scrap Sketch so I'm making that an early resolution :)

Well, the subject of this 12X12 page is a new little fella who has joined our family. This is our new Siamese kitten, Kato. He is absolutely precious and we are thoroughly enjoying him. We just LOVE watching all the funny things he does and now that our older cat, Liam, has gotten over the shock of having a new four legged creature in our house there is less anxiety and hissing all around. I'm so glad they are friends now and it's so sweet watching them cuddle and play. Kato is growing so fast and getting so big...I just want him to stay a wee kitten. Well, I thought I better scrapbook some kitten pics. Chris managed to snap a few pics, which wasn't an easy task, since he doesn't sit still for long. These are 2 of my faves...but they still don't do his stunning sapphire blue eyes justice.

So, I used Teresa Collins Everyday Moments 12x12 papers. I thought the blues in the paper would bring out his blue eyes.  I used my Fishtail Flags and Fistail Layers STAX Die-namics to extend the length of the fishtail. I used a great tip in this video tutorial by Joanne B. on how to lengthen the Mix and Match Banner Die-namics. I used the same trick here to extend the Fishtail flags and Fishtail Layers STAX Die-namics.

Photobucket

I used the High-Rise Alphabet Uppercase Die-namics cut from Nightshift Blue Heavyweight card stock for the tittle. I also used the Insert It -3x4 Insert Die-namics and cut Whip Cream Heavyweight Card Stock I stamped a sweet sentiment from the Clearly Sentimental about Pets Stamp set. I also used the NEW Document It - Captured Memories Stamp set and stamp the "Captured" and "Taken By" stamps on Whip Cream Heavyweight Card Stock. I cut them out with the oval Sentiment Strip from the Sentiments Strips Die-namics. I used Joanne's "cut and re-cut technique" HERE to shorten the oval sentiment strip to fit the size of the stamp. I stamped "Week# 9" using the Journal It - Calendar Basics Stamp set.  I also cut the sweet Pet Charms Die-namics and tied them with some Hemp Cord....I used the paw print and Fish bones charms...cut form Natural Heavyweight Card Stock and Nightshift Heavyweight Card Stock. I also cut the File Tab Die-namics from Whip Cream Heavyweight Card Stock and stamped the sentiment...Favorite Photo from the NEW Document It - Captured Memories Stamp set.

Photobucket

Here you can see the NEW Looped Border Die-namics cut from Nightshift Blue Heavyweight Card Stock....LOVE the NEW Looped Border Die-namics.

Well, thanks for stopping by and havin' a wee peek at my MFTSCRAP3 Sketch page of our precious kitten, Kato. Please take a moment to visit Kim's blog for links to all the MFT Designers with Scrapbooking pages using this month's fabulous MFT Scrap Sketch! I hope you can join us this month! For my card this week I made another Christmas card...this one is for Sherri, she is the breeder where we got our new Siamese kitten. We are thoroughly enjoying, Kato. He is such a sweet little boy and we are having SO much fun with him around the house and our other cat Liam is taken with him now too.  Well, Kato is definitely making this the "Purrfect Christmas" at the Godfrey house!

I inked up the super cute Pure Innocence Purrfect Stamp set for my special Christmas card. I colourd the PI Purrfect Girl and kitty with my Copics and I coloured him to look like our little, Kato, a Chocolate point Siamese. I paper pieced the PI girls dress. I combined two sentiments the word "Purrfect" is from the PI Purrfect Stamp set and then I added the "Christmas Wishes" from a sentiment stamp in the PI Stocking Girl Stamp set. I used MFT Nightshift, Sno Cone and Paver Red Heavyweight Card Stock for the matting and papers from a 6x6 paper Pad called Sweater Weather. I also added some pretty Sno Cone Grosgrain ribbon tied with a Paver Red Button with Hemp Cord.  I cut a tag from Natural Heavyweight Card Stock and tied it to the bow...I cut out the letters for Kato's name from Paver Red with the Accent it -Story Starters and Calendar Components Die-namics

Photobucket

Here is the inside....I stamped the PI Purrfect girl again with MFT Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and I cut the Insert It - InstaFrame from Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock and framed a pic of Kato for Sherri to see how big he is getting. The sentiment is from the PI Stocking Girl. I also added a corrugated heart cut with the Hearts a Plenty and a Snowflake cut with the Let it Snowflake Die-namics and added a Paver Red Button tied with Hemp Cord.

Photobucket

I hope you aren't getting sick of all my Christmas cards because here is yet one more for the pile. My daughter, Hannah, was singing this song...Mele Kalikimaka...around the house the other day and that got me thinking that my little Pure Innocence Hula Girl would make for a cute tropical Christmas card!

I made my card base 6x6 and used my fave...BasicGrey Aspen Frost 6x6 papers...I'm in total paper LOVE!!! I have 3 pads of it so I hope you don't mind seeing it again! I coloured the PI Hula Girl with my Copics and paper pieced her tankini, cut her out and popped her up on the panel cut with my Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I pulled out one of my all time favourite flower Die-namics...the Hibiscus Die-namics and cut several flowers from Wild Cherry and Paver Red Heavyweight card stock I also cut the leaves form the Poinsettia Die-namics to add a little festive style...the leaves are cut from Sno Cone, Jellybean Green and Sour Apple Heavyweight card stock. I added the little stamens from the Poinsettia Die-namics and then layered over the center of the flower from the Hibiscus Die-namics. I then added some clear bling. I omitted the tag from the sketch...after I added all my flowers there wasn't a spot for a tag...ooppps!

Photobucket

I was so excited to start my Sn@p Binder from Simple Stores with some pages of our recent cruise on Allure of the Seas. I was SO glad to have the AWESOME NEW Laina Lamb Journal It - Graph Paper Notes, Document it - Captured Memories, Accent it - Cute Cameras Die-namics and the InstaFrame Die-namics to help me tell the story and capture the FUN memories of our recent cruise vacation on Allure of the Seas.  So, I made 2, 6x8 pages of Kieran concurring the Rock Climbing Wall and 2, 6X8 pages of Hannah having a zippy time on the The Zip Line!

 Photobucket

Oh, this is definitely, my fave pic of Kieran! He loved the Rock Climbing Wall and mastered the difficult course...the red grips. He makes it look SO easy!

For this page, I used the Insert it 3X4 Insert Die-namics and cut Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock with it, then stamped the NEW Graph Paper stamp from the NEW Journal It - Graph Paper Notes Stamp Set on it and tucked it under the pic of Kieran. I added a little hand written journaling along the edge of it. I used MFT Nightshift Blue, Sweet Tooth and Kraft Heavyweight Card Stock. I also used the NEW Looped Border Die-namics and several stamps from the NEW Journal it - Graph Paper Notes Stamp set and Document It - Captured Memories Stamp set.

Photobucket

I used the High-Rise Alphabet Uppercase and High-Rise Alphabet Lowercase Die-namics for the title and I added one of the cute Cameras from the NEW Accent It - Cute Cameras Die-namics. I stamped the 'Documented" sentiment from the NEW Journal It- Graph Paper Notes Stamp set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock and then added a little journaling...Kieran reached the top of the Rock Climbing Wall and rang the bell proudly.

Photobucket

I love that the "Say Cheese" speech bubble stamp from the NEW Document It - Captured Memories Stamp set fits perfectly in the large Say What? Die-namics

Photobucket

Allure of the Seas has a Zip Line and Hannah had a blast on it! We lost count of how many times both of the kids zipped along it.

Photobucket

For this page, again, I used the High-Rise Alphabet Uppercase and High-Rise Alphabet lowercase for the page title. I used MFT Wild Cherry, Blue Raspberry and Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock.  I used the NEW InstaFrame Die-namics and cut it from Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock and stamped a sentiment from the NEW Document It - Captured Memories Stamp set on it with MFT Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink. Then I stamped it a second time and cut out the "Thousand Words" portion with my scissors and pop-dotted it up on the sentiment for a little added dimension. I also cut a tag with the Howdy Die-namics and add a Wild Cherry heavyweight card stock heart cut with the Accent It- Calendar Components.

Photobucket

Hannah was excited to see that I added a little red "Instagram" camera icon...she is totally addicted to Instagram and LOOOVVEED the sentiment that I added to the little embellishment cluster on the corrugated cardboard circle. The NEW Accent It - Cute Cameras Die-namics are a must-have item from this release...they are SO cute! I stamped the sentiment on the rounded Sentiment Strip from the Sentiments Strip Die-namics. The arrows are cut from Wild Cherry Heavyweight Card Stock Cut with the Lead the Way Die-namics.

Photobucket

I snapped this pic of Hannah after she had just finished zipping down the Zip line. She was making her way back to have another go at it...I LOVE the big smile on her face...evidence of a good time!!!

I stamped the "Captured" and "Take By:" sentiment stamps from the NEW Document It - Captured Memories Stamp set directly on the pattern paper with Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and added some had written journaling. I used the NEW Mini Double Dots Border Die-namics and cut it from Wild Cherry Heavyweight Card Stock and added some red gems to it.

Photobucket

I also stamped the "Way To Go" sentiment from the NEW Gift Card Greetings II Stamp set and the "I Heart You" sentiment is from the NEW Triple Scoop Set this month...Lovey Dovey Sentiments Stamp Set. I cut the Hexagons Die-namics from Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock and stamped the cute sentiment that fits it perfectly "our Life in Photos" with Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and layered it over the pinked circle cut with the Accent It - Tags and Flag Die-namics

Well, thanks SO much for stopping by and having a wee peek at my Sn@p Binder pages using the NEW Journal It - Graph Paper Notes Stamp Set, Document It - Captured Memories Stamp set and Accent It - Cute Cameras Die-namics and InstaFrame Die-namics.
