My Favorite Things Stamps...December Teasers...Day 6...Pure Innocence!

Well, I couldn't resist all the adorable NEW Pure Innocence Stamp sets that we have this month, so I used them all :)...warning this post is a little long. First up, is the absolutely adorable NEW Pure Innocence Bear Hugs. I coloured her with my Copics and paired her with this pretty BasicGrey Aspen Frost 6x6 paper pad with Wild Cherry and Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock. I used the NEW Postage Stamp STAX Die-namics and Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I added a little bow to the corner of the Postage stamp panel with the small bow from the Dainty Bow Die-namics. I stamped a sentiment from the NEW Thanks Snow Much Stamp set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock cut with the Say What? Die-namics.

Here is the inside of the card I stamped the PI Bear Hugs girl again with Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and stamped a sentiment from the Holiday Hugs Stamp set on Sweet Tooth Card Stock cut with the Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I used the NEW Postage Stamp STAX Die-namics again.

Here is my second card...and this PI girl is equally as cute...this is NEW Pure Innocence Warm Wishes. I paired her with pretty BoBunny Snow Day 6x6 paper pad. I used the NEW Mini Double Dots Border Die-namics and encrusted it with half-pearls. I used the Decorative Circle Tag STAX Die-namics and cut a second tag from metallic silver cardstock and then cut it with the NEW Bracket Edge Duo Die-namics.

 

 I added some pretty Lemon Drop Grosgrain Ribbon with a Sno Cone Button tied with Hemp cord. I stamped the sentiment from the NEW Warm Wishes Stamp set on Whip Cream Heavyweight Card Stock cut with one of the sentiment strips from the Sentiment Strips Die-namics. 

Here is the inside...I made a sentiment panel with the NEW Snowflake Doily Die-namics, the Circle STAX Die-namics, the Layered Label Die-namics and the Let it Snowflake Die-namics. I tied the Snowflakes with Sno Cone Buttons and Hemp cord.

For my last card I used the super cute NEW Thanks Snow Much Stamp set and paired him with the pretty BoBunny Powder Mountain...I coloured the NEW Thanks Snow Much Snowman with my Copics and paper pieced his scarf and hat. I cut him out with the NEW Insert It - InstaFrame Die-namics and stamped a sentiment from the NEW Thanks Snow Much stamp set on the InstaFrame and wrapped it with some Hemp cord and used a Nightshift Blue Button and tied a bow. I also used the largest Hexagon border from the NEW Open Hexagon Borders Die-namics.

I kept the inside simple and just stamped the NEW Thanks Snow much snowman and sentiment on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock. I also stamped in a few snowflakes with the matching snowflake accessory stamp in the set.

For my card today I used the gorgeous NEW a´la modes, You're My Cup of Tea....gosh, I just LOVE her to bits...how cute is she?!....and I love that all the MFT Stamps are SO versatile. I have been trying to make as many Christmas cards as I can and she is perfect for Christmas cards for my tea totaling friends. I made my card with BasicGrey Aspen Frost 6x6 paper....my fave Christmas pad this year. I used MFT Red Hot, Jellybean Green and Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock for matting.  I coloured the NEW ALM You're My Cup of Tea girl with my Copics and cut her out and popped her up on the NEW Snowflake Doily Die-namics from ccorrugated cardstock and cut a circle from patterned paper with my Circle STAX for the center of the Snowflake Doily. 

I also added the fabulous NEW Looped Border Die-namics cut from Jellybean Green Heavyweight Cardstock. I made a gift card pocket with the NEW Gift Card Pocket - Horizontal from Red Hot Heavyweight Card Stock and stamped the small dots from the Darling Dots Stamp set on the front and embossed it with Zing Opaque White Embossing powder. I made a little tag with the Traditional Tag STAX Die-namics and stamped the sweet sentiment from the NEW ALM You're My Cup of Tea on it with MFT Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink. Layered over snowflakes cut from corrugated cardstock using the Let it Snowflake Die-namics.

Here is a detail shot of my ALM girl...I LOVE her giant cup of tea and you can see I stamped a tiny little snowflake on the tea bag tag from the Christmas Ornaments Stamp set. I think she looks so cute in her Christmas out-fit. I know you will be seeing lots of this cutie from me.

and I finished off the inside of my card, as always...I stamped the NEWALM You're my Cup of Tea girl again with MFT Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and added another Looped Border cut with the NEW Looped Border Die-namics and a sentiment panel made with the NEW Snowflake Doily. I stamped the sentiment from the Christmas Ornaments Stamp set and added another layer of corrugated Snowflakes cut with the Let it Snowflake Die-namics. I inked the snowflakes with White Mix'd Media Inx in Jasmine (white).

For my card today, I used the beautiful NEW Clearly Sentimental About New Beginnings and used the NEW Looped Border Die-namics too and I just LOVE it....a must-have item from this release. I Stamped the sentiment from the NEW Clearly Sentimental About New Beginnings on pattern paper cut with the Fishtail Flags Layers Die-namics and cut a mat from Steel Grey Heavyweight Card Stock with the Fishtail Flags Die-namics. I also cut a the Champagne flute from the Let's Toast Die-namics from Steel Grey Heavyweight Card and layered it over a heart cut from corrugated cardstock cut with the Hearts a Plenty Die-namics I cut the smallest tag from the Traditional Tags STAX and stamped the year from the Journal It - Days and Dates Stamp set. I also used the Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX, the Dizzy Doily, the Circle STAX Die-namics and I tied a Steel Grey Grosgrain Ribbon bow and added a Steel Grey Button tied with Hemp cord.

 Here is the inside...I added the year again with corrugated numbers cut with the High-Rise Numbers Die-namics. I made a tag using the Traditional Tags STAX Die-namics and stamped the "Dream Big"sentiment from the NEW On the Line Stamp set. I added another Looped Border cut with the NEW Looped Border Die-namics.

My Favorite Things Stamps...December Guest DT Contest...Ice Princess!

 

Hello Stampin' friends!  Well, I am in full Christmas card making mode and I thought I would use the great sketch that we have for the December MFT Guest Designer Contest. The Challenge is up and running, so get your entries in for a chance at the incredible prize that we have!!! The winner of this contest will win over $200 in stamp sets and Die-namics, AND have the opportunity to play along with the design team for the next release and all the Wednesday Stamp Club Challenges for the next month. MFT always has amazing stamp sets around the corner and getting (and stamping with) them early is a special treat.

Once again the challenge this month is to get sketchy with the great sketch we have! Cards must feature MFT stamps, but are not strictly limited to MFT products. The use of Die-namics is encouraged. The deadline for entries is Monday, December 10th at NOON EST. When uploading your entries, please use the keyword MFTGUESTDT1212. You will find the keyword also on the sketch attached below. (you enter the code in the keyword box during the upload process) The winner will be announced at the Release Party at around 9:15 pm EST on Tuesday, December 11th. Here is the fabulous sketch for the December Guest Designer Contest!!!

I inked up the, oh so sweet, Pure Innocence Ice Princess and coloured her with my Copics and paper pieced her outfit. Once again, I used my fave BasicGrey Aspen Frost 6x6 paper pad and Wild Cherry and Jellybean Green Heavyweight Card Stock. I used the Clearly Sentimental Label Die-namics for the main panel and popped the PI Ice Princess girl up on it. I stamped a sentiment from the PI Ice Princess Stamp set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock with MFT Jellybean Green Premium Dy Ink, cut with the Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I added the tiny little holly leaves from the Christmas Ornaments Die-namics with red half-pearls for the berries. I also cut the Let it Snowflake Die-namics from Silver Glitter Corrugated Cardstock. The wee tag is also cut using the Christmas Ornaments Die-namics and I stamped "Joy" from the Christmas Ornaments Stamp set and tied it with some Hemp cord.

Here is the inside of the card...I stamped the Pure Innocence Ice Princess in MFT Jellybean Green Premium Dye Ink and used the Clearly Sentimental Label Die-namics and Framed Greetings Die-namics. The Sentiment is from the Pure Innocence Holly Girl Stamp Set. I added some more Holly leaves and Snowflakes and stamped a snowflake from the Christmas Ornaments Stamp Set on the Kraft tag cut with the Christmas Ornaments Die-namics.

Hello stampin' friends! It's Wednesday and that means it's time for the My Favorite Things - Wednesday Stamp Club! Have you been keeping up with the MFTWSC sketch each and every week? Here is the fun sketch that we have this week!!!

For my card this week,  I used my fave Christmas paper BasicGrey Aspen Frost 6x6 paper pad with Wild Cherry, Sweet Tooth and Sno Cone Heavyweight Card Stock. I then inked up the super cute Pure Innocence Little Santa and coloured him up with my Copics.  I added liquid applique to the "fur" on his Santa suite and puffed it up with my heat gun then added a little Stickles for some sparkle. I used the Fishtail Flags and Fishtail Layers Die-namics to make the panels that the sketch calls for and added some black BasicGrey painted brads. I cut Wild Cherry Heavyweight card stock with the fabulous NEW Postage Stamp STAX Die-namics from the December release...LOVE this new Postage Stamp STAX Die-namics...it's a must-have item!

I stamped a sentiment from the PI Little Santa Stamp set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock with MFT Wild Cherry Premium Dy Ink and cut it out with my Circle STAX Die-namics and cut the mini Dainty Doily circle from the Mini Doily Circles Die-namics. I added a Wild Cherry Button with Hemp cord to the mini Dainty Doily.

Here is the inside...I stamped the PI Little Santa with Wild Cherry Premium Dye Ink and cut a Gift Card Pocket with the Gift Card Pocket-Vertical Die-namics from Wild Cherry Heavyweight Card Stock I also cut some pattern paper with Gift Card Pocket Die-namics too to line the inside of the pocket. I added a panel with the NEW Postage Stamp STAX Die-namics and added a Wild Cherry Button tied with Hemp Cord. I stamped a sentiment from the Seasonal Sentiments Stamp set on the pocket and stamped a sentiment from the Little Santa Stamp Set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock cut with the ribbon die from the First Place Award Ribbon Die-namics.

I made 2 A2 size cards today, First up, I used the NEW Gift Card Greetings II Stamp set and the NEW Gift Card Pocket - Horizontal  Die-namics. I've also used the gorgeous NEW Winter Rose Die-namics and NEW Mini Double Dots Border Die-namics. For both my cards I used this pretty BasicGrey Soleil 6x6 paper pad and it matches perfectly with the MFT Razzle Berry and Lemon Drop Heavyweight Card Stock and Buttons and I also used the gorgeous NEW Lemon Drop Premium Dye Ink....such a happy colour!!!

I cut the NEW Gift Card Pocket -Horizontal Die-namics from Lemon Drop Heavyweight Card Stock and also cut my pattern paper with the Gift Card Pocket Die-namics to make lining for the inside of the pocket. I stamped this fun sentiment from the NEW Gift Card Greetings II Stamp set  with the NEW Lemon Drop Premium Dye Ink on Sweet Tooth heavyweight Card Stock cut with the Fishtail Flags Die-namics and layered on the pocket.

Here is the inside...I made a few more beautiful flowers with the NEW Winter Rose Die-namics from Lemon Drop, Sweet Tooth and Razzle Berry Heavyweight Card Stock and added a border cut with the NEW Mini Double Dots Border Die-namics cut from Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock and wrapped it with Hemp cord and tied a bow.

I stamped another sentiment from the NEW Gift Card Greetings II on Lemon Drop Heavy Weight Card Stock with gorgeous NEW Lemon Drop Premium Dye Ink...love the tone-on-tone effect.

This is my second card. Again used the pretty BasicGrey Soleil paper but picked up on the mauve in the paper and added some pretty Grapesicle Heavyweight Card stock with the Razzle Berry and Lemon Drop combo.  I used the fantastic NEW Bracket Edge Duo Die-namics....which I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. I also used the pretty NEW Sentimental Flourish Die-namics cut from Whip Cream Heavyweight Card Stock and layered it with a Lemon Drop card stock circle and used the pinked circle die from the Accent It - Flags and Tags Die-namics, cut from Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock, then stamped it with the fun sentiment from the NEW On the Line Stamps Set with NEW Lemon Drop Premium Dye Ink. The stamp fits perfectly in the pinked circle die cut from the Accent it - Flags and Tags Die-namics...LOVE that! To embellish I wrapped the card with some Hemp cord and added a pretty opalescent Lemon Drop button.

 Here is the inside...I added a cute gift card pocket cut with the NEW Gift Card Pocket-Horizontal Die-namics from Grapesicle Heavyweight Card stock...I stamped a sentiment from the NEW On the Line Stamp set in Lemon Drop Premium Ink and also stamped a sentiment from the Gift Card Greetings II Stamp set on Whip Cream Heavyweight Card Stock cut with the wee sign die from the Howdy Die-namics.
