My Favorite Things Stamps...Color Palette # 2 & DS138...My Anchor!

Hello stampin' friends! I'm enjoying having the day off for Family Day! Hannah is doing homework and Chris and Kieran went to an Oshawa Generals hockey game this afternoon. So, I decide I would make a card and inked up this sweet NEW Pure Innocence Sailor Girl. I'm entering this card in the MFT Color Palette Challenge # 2...I used MFT Replenishments Kraft, Sweet Tooth, Lemon Drop and Blu Raspberry Heavyweight Card Stock. I also followed the great sketch that they have over the Deconstructed Sketch # 138.

Such a FUN color combo!

I LOVE this great sketch...I'm hoping to use it again!

For my card I just used MFT Replenishments Heavyweight Card Stock. I loved the stripes in the sketch and the Chalkboard Frame Builder Die-namics was perfect to quickly make the stripes. I inked up the NEW Pure Innocence Sailor Girl and coloured her with my Copics and cut the image out with the Pierced Rectangle STAX and left the image in the die and inked with Mustard Seed Distress Ink.

I cut the anchor from the Sea Charms Die-namics from silver corrugated glitter cardstock and tied it with hemp cord I also added a little silver flag to the image. The tiny star is from the NEW Smart Phone Die-namics.  I stamped part of one of the sentiments from the Pure Innocence Sailor Girl in Blu Raspberry Premium Dye Ink on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight Card Stock cut from the Mini Tab Foursome Die-namics.

Here is the inside...I stamped a shadow image in Lemon Drop Premium Dye Ink and I stamped another sentiment from the set in Blu Raspberry Premium Dye Ink. I used the Sweet Stack Labels and used the fishtail flag from the NEW Blueprints 12. I cut the Fancy Flourish from Silver glitter paper.

Thanks SO much for sailing by to have a little look at my card for the MFT Color Palette Challenge # 2 and the Deconstructed Sketch # 138!

I used the scalloped doily from Blueprints 6...the perfect spot for a cluster of die-cut embellishments. I used the Staggered Heart Border Die-namics and the NEW Smart Phone Die-namics to add all the little hearts. The little smart phone is from the LLD Accent It - Cute Cameras
