Hey Stampin' friends!
***Before I tell you about my MFT card that I have today...make sure you enter my Blog Candy giveaway! Just add you name to the InLinkz Link Up gadget at the bottom the post HERE!***
So, I took advantage of the long Thanksgiving weekend and got crafty! I inked up this super cute new Pure Innocence girl called Happy Christmas. This card is the kick-off to my Christmas card making...feels good to get a head start on it!
Here is the fabulous sketch that I used from the Deconstructed Sketch!
I made my card base 6X6 from Kraft Cardstock and used this festive Authentique Joyous 6x6 paper pad. I coloured the Pure Innocence Happy Christmas girl with my Copics and
paper pieced her outfit. I cut her out and popped her up on the circle
panel. I used MFT Heavyweight Card Stock in Black Licorice, Wild Cherry and Olive and MFT Sweet Tooth felt. I stamped a sentiment from the PI Holly Girl Stamp set with MFT Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink and embossed it with AC Zing White Embossing powder.
As always, I used lots of Die-namics on this card...Rectangle STAX, Pierced Rectangle STAX, Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX, Circle STAX, Open Scallop Doily Duo, NEW Tree Line Die-namics, Snow Drifts Die-namics, NEW Blueprints 8, Blueprints 4, Blueprints, Blueprints 1.
Here is the inside...I stamped a shadow image of the PI Happy Christmas girl on MFT Primitive Cream Heavyweight Card Stock with Electric Red Premium Dye Ink. I used the Open Scallop Doily Duo again and the Layered Treat Tag Die-namics. I stamped this sweet sentiment that comes in the PI Happy Christmas Stamp set in Steel Grey Premium Dye Ink on Primitive Cream Heavyweight Card Stock.
Thanks SO much for stopping by and having a wee peek at my card with the super sweet Pure Innocence Happy Christmas girl.
