Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge # 120 & March Release Previews Day THREE...Daisies are like...!

Photobucket
Top of the morning to you! Hope everyone is planning a wee bit of fun for this St. Patrick's day! Well, I am SO happy to be joining the Krafty Girls again I'm doing a wee jig! Today I'm previewing one of the SIX new Flower Girls by Annie Rodrigue for the March Release called Daisy Mae. Isn't she sweet!?

It is also Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge day and we have a wonderful sketch for you to try by the oh so talented, Krafty Girl, Alice. I really loved working with this sketch and I hope you can give it a go! If you make a card with Alice's sketch, use a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp on your creation and link it on the KKS Challenge blog, you will be entered to win the beautiful Dandy Lion Flower Girl stamp that is featured on Alice's gorgeous card today! Also, make sure you leave a comment on each and every Krafty Girl and Guest's blog, as 2 lucky commenters will win THREE of the new Flower Girl stamp by Annie.

All the stamps will be available in the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop tomorrow March 18th and we will have our Krafty Hop tomorrow too. Make sure you stop back for that!!!

For my card I have used this sweet stamp called Daisy Mae. I thought she would look pretty in a pink tutu. I coloured her with my Copics and cut her out using the "Out of the Box" technique, I embossed the image and then used the Oval Nestibilites Die as a stencil and inked with Tumbled Glass Distress ink. The sketch called for a scalloped edge on the horizontal panel but I used my Perfect Bracket Edge Die-namics instead. I also added a little stamped stitching with my Kelly Panacci Stitching stamps and Brushed Corduroy Distress ink.  I added lots of pink half-pearls and stamped the sentiment that comes with Daisy on patterned paper cut with the larger ribbon Die from the First Place Awards Ribbon Die-namics.

Here is the inside...I stamped Daisy again with Pink Memento ink...she is very faint though. I used one of my fave KKS sentiments from Kimmie's Everyday Sentiment set and stamped it on the papers cut with the Layered Labels Die-namics.

Thanks SO much for stopping by and having a wee peek at my card for this week's Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps challenge and for the new March Annie Preview! Pop on over to the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps blog and check out all the gorgeous creations that the Krafty Girls have to share today. Make sure to come back tomorrow as we will have our usual Release Krafty HOP!!!!

Happy St. Patrick's day!!!
 Hugs,
