New BasicGrey Challenge # 4...Embossing.....Happy B-day Little Princess!

Hey crafty Friends! WOWZERS! Did you all have a crazy week, like me?! Well, I got to let my hair down and have a good time last night! One of my bestest girlfriends in the whole world had a get-together at her new house last night and I am just so happy for her and things are going so well for her! My hubby Chris and I went and the kidos stayed at my parents overnight....woohoo! It was so nice to hang out with friends! We had a great time and didn't get home 'til 3:00 a.m. so that is why I'm a little late with my post this morning, smile!
We have another great challenge for you over at the BasicGrey Challenges Blog this week! The DT has made such phenomenally gorgeous creations...really jaw dropping! so make sure you check them out!

Here is my card! I made it for my friend Julie's, daughter, Olivia, her b-day is coming up soon and she just started Junior Kindergarten... such a big girl! Well, I hope Olivia likes it! She gets a lot of my Magnolia cards cuz she loves Tilda just like me, smile!!!!
I made the cardbase 6x6 from light pink Bazzill Bling cardstock and used BG Lemonade papers....you all know by now that they are my fave! Hopefully the obsession with them will end soon, smile! Maybe when I get my hands on some BG Eskimo Kisses paper, smile!
I stamped Tilda on ATS Copic paper with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured her with my Copics! I used two QK 2X2 Goosebumpz Embossing dies, Swirls and Daisy on the QK Scalloped border and the Nestie Oval is embossed with the Argyle Cuttlebug folder and lightly sanded it. I added ribbon from my stash, the Prima flowers were an extra little goodie that I got with an order from Simon Says Stamp and I was sooooo super thrilled to get them....how sweet is that! The flowers came with the button and little star already attached and the adhesive attached...they are just darling!
EDITED: Here are the Copic markers that I used for this card.
Skin: E000, E00, E21, R20
Hair: E50, E35, E34, Y21
Dress & Socks and flower: RV21, RV06, Y21, B02
Well, there you have it another fun BG challenge! I hope you get to join us this week or next...we love seeing you fabulous creations!!!! So get your embossing stuff out either dry or heat will work or maybe you can do both, smile!
I will be back later as I have some VERY VERY VERY exciting news to share and I have been just bursting at the seams keeping it a secret ALL summer LOOOONNNNGGG but I can finally give you a little, well, medium sized, tid-bit...so make sure you come back later!!!!
Hugs,

Hi Tara, hope you're well. Love your card, and those delicious Lemonade papers - still stroking mine - need to start buying two of everything (lol) one to use, one to stroke. Gorgeous Tilda and details.
Good on you having a great night out - glad you enjoyed it.
