Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - March Krafty Blog Hop - Darling Dragons

Woohoo!!! It's finally Time for the Krafty Hop! The Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps March Release is NOW available!! at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!!! ALL of the SIX new clear stamp sets that we've been sharing all week are now up in the krafty shop and we're celebrating with a Krafty HOP! I made my card with MFT Heavyweight Cardstock in Whip Cream, Razzle Berry and Grapesicle

For my Krafty Hop card I did a little "smooshing" again...(sorry but I can't get enough of this fun and easy technique) with Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry and Wilted Violet.  I inked up the Darling Dragons again and coloured up this little dragon...she's my fave...with my Copics!  I wanted to make a special birthday card so I whipped up an easy shaker tag with the Reverse Confetti Thanks Confetti Cuts and Shakers 'N Frames Confetti Cuts. I did a little masking with this Darling Dragon so she is holding the cloud balloon and then popped her up on the shaker tag. I tied the tag with AC Purple Hemp twine and embellished with a smattering of purple YNS Gumdrops.   I stamped a sentiment from the Darling Dragons Stamp set with Sweet Tooth Pigment Ink and then heat embossed with Zing White Embossing powder. There are so many cute accessory stamps in this set...I added a few little clouds and a bow to the balloon string.  In this detail shot you can see the Shaker tag has pink and lilac micro-beads and I used the Reverse Confetti Shaker 'N Frames Confetti Cuts to cut the tiny shapes from purple glitter paper.  Thanks SO much for stopping by and havin' a wee peek at my Krafty Hop card with the NEW Darling Dragons Stamp set for the March Release Krafty Hop!  Happy Hoppin' & Shoppin'!!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Day 5 March Peeks & Challenge - Hoppy Friends

Welcome to Day FIVE of the March Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! We have another AMAZING day! Today is the final day of peeks and the release party is this morning at 11am EST! We've got a second set from Artist Cheryl Grant!  It's called HOPPY FRIENDS!!

I made my card with MFT Heavyweight Cardstock in Natural, Whip Cream, Lemon Drop, Nightshift and Blue 

I coloured up the sweet bunny from the Hoppy Friends Stamp set with my Copics cut the image out with my Pierced Rectangle STAX Die-namics and then left the image in the die and inked with Squeezed Lemon, Scattered Straw and Tea Dye Distress ink. I stamped my fave sentiment from the Hoppy Friends Stamp set in Nightshift Blue Premium Dye Ink and added a Lemon Drop button tied with Navy Hemp twine. 
I finished off the inside of the card...I adore the little bird in the set and stamped a shadow image of him and another sweet sentiment from the Hoppy Friends Stamp set.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Day # 4 March Krafty Peeks - Blessings of Peace

Hi Krafty Friends! Welcome to Day # 4 of March Krafty Peeks! Today I have a card to welcome in Spring with the adorable Blessings of Peace Stamp set by Artist Cheryl Grant. You know what they say about March...it can come in like a lamb or in like a lion. Well either way this Blessings of Peace Stamp is sure to make your heart roar!!!

This sweet New Blessings of Peace Stamp set features a lovely lion and his lamby pals!!! It features two main images plus three sweet sentiments! Such a perfect spring set that can be used for so many things...even a sweet baby card!

I used MFT Banana Split, Spearmint, Grout Grey and Kraft Heavyweight Cardstock and Reverse Confetti Iced Aqua and Cloud Heavyweight Cardstock. 

I stamped two little lambs "marching" in Spring from the Blessings of Peace Stamp set and coloured them up with my Copics. I cut the image out with the rounded rectangle die from Blueprints 14, left the image in the die and inked with Tumbled Glass and Shabby Shutters Distress Ink. I turned to my Prismacolor Pencils to colour in the ground and grass to anchor the images of the sweet little lambs. I stamped the MFT Gingham Background stamp with Memories Waterfall Blue Pigment Ink on Grout Grey Heavyweight Cardstock.

I stamped a sentiment from the Blessings of Peace Stamp Set on Cloud White Heavyweight Cardstock cut with the tag die from Blueprints 2 and tied the tag with some hemp cord. I made some spring flowers with Blueprints 12 and embellished with some white sparkly Gumdrops.   I finished up the inside of my card too...I stamped a shadow image of the little lamb in Grout Grey Premium Dye Ink. The sentiment is from the Hoppy Friends Stamp set (tomorrow you will see the peeks for the Hoppy Friends Stamp set). I coloured up three of the five Darling Dragon images in the Darling Dragons set  with my Copics! I fussy cut the Dragons out and popped them up with dimensional adhesive squares on the main panel made with the MFT Sun Ray Cover Up Die-namics cut from Lemon Drop, Sour Apple and Orange Fizz Heavyweight Card Stock. I cut several clouds with the MFT Cloud Cover Up Die-namics from watercoloured paper that I made with the Smooshing Technique and Shabby Shutters Distress Ink. 

I stamped a sweet birthday sentiment from the Darling Dragons Stamp set in Jellybean Green Premium Dye Ink and embellished with some sparkly peach Gumdrops and Hemp Cord. 

I finished up the inside of my card too....I stamped a shadow image by masking the sweet little dragon and the cloud balloon accessory stamp. I Stamped another sweet sentiment from the Darling Dragons Stamp set.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Day # 1 March Release Peeks - Tweetie Pies

Hello Krafty friends! Welcome to Day #1 of the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps March Release! I am SO excited to be a Krafty Guest for the month of March. We are going to knock your socks off with a super sweet set of lovely ladies from artist Emilie Goulet It's Called Tweetie Pies!  I am SO in LOVE with this beautiful set! It's perfect for Spring with two gorgeous main images and four sweet coordinating sentiments! 

It's super exciting to share this Tweetie Pies Stamp Set as some of you have seen it already! That's because it was the January Super Secret Krafty Klub stamp set! So those who pre-ordered it already have it in their inky little fingers!

As I said, there's two beautiful images in the Tweetie Pies stamp set but I gravitated to this girl as I'm a turtleneck/cowl-neck kinda gal myself, lol! I coloured her up with my Copics and cut the image out with Pierced Oval STAX Die-namics, left the image in the die and inked with Distress ink in Squeezed Lemonade and Mowed Lawn. I used my Prismacolor Pencils to add in a little grass here and there.  I made the card with quintessential spring colour combo with MFT Heavyweight Cardstock in Grapesicle and Lemon Drop Heavyweight Cardstock.  I made the watercoloured background with fave "Smooshing Technique" with Dusty Concord Distress ink and then cut it with the Reverse Confetti Large Eyelet Cover Panel and layered it over Lemon Drop Heavyweight Cardstock. I used the Reversed Confetti All Framed Up Confetti Cuts for the frame.  I stamped the "tweet" sentiment from the Tweetie Pies Stamp set with Reverse Confetti Grape Soda Premium Dye Ink on Reverse Confetti Cloud White Heavyweight Cardstock cut with a MFT Washi Tape Die-namics.    I finished off the inside of my card too....I stamped a shadow image of the girl from the Tweetie Pies set and another "birdie-ful" sentiment.  Thanks SO much for popping by and having a little look at my card for Day # 1 of the March Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps release!  All of the Krafty Krew design team members and Krafty Guests listed below have lots of sweet designs to share with you today featuring the TWEETIE PIES stamp set! Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge # 371 - For the Boys

Hello Krafty friends! I'm SOOOOO thrilled to be back hangin' out with Kraftin' Kimmie and the Krafty Girls as a Krafty Guest for the month of March and with the super talented Marieke Slaats!  We have a such a FUN Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge # 371 - For the Boys/Men. I hope you can join us!

I don't make a lot of "boy" cards. I find it a wee bit challenging but I knew if I used some "boy" colours and these spooky sweet Owls for a owl-vampire birthday card this challenge would be a breeze! I started out by making my background paper with the Smooshing Technique with Chipped Sapphire Distress ink. I used Heavyweight Cardstock in Nightshift Blue, Jelllybean Green and Kraft!    

I stamped the images of the Owl from the Happy Owl-een Stamp set and the little bats from the Harvest Blessings Stamp set in Archival Brilliance Black pigment ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I find that it is SO much easier to colour with the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens when I clear emboss as the raised embossed lines keep the colours from bleeding together...it is totally a stress-free approach to using these pens/markers. I then coloured my images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers/Pens. I cut them image with Stitched Circle STAX Die-namics and left the image in the die and inked with Chipped Sapphire and Forest Moss.   I finished the inside of the card too....I stamped a shadow image of the cute little Happy Owl-een vampire Owl and the sweet sentiment.   Thank you SO much for popping by and havin' a wee peek at my "boy" birthday card for the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Challenge # 372 - For the Boys/Men!
