La La Land Crafts - Curtain Call Challenge - Nov. 1 - Cider & Sunday Stamps Challenge # 164

Hello stampin' friends! We have a yummy inspirational challenge over at the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Nov.1 - Cider. I hope you can join us! Remember you can take inspiration from the festive photo that we have for you or anything goes! I used Hot Cocoa Marci Digi from La La Land Crafts for this card.

 I used MFT Heavyweight Card Stock in Hot Fudge, Kraft, Paver Red, Orange Fizz and Primitive Cream 

And I used this GREAT sketch that they have over at Sunday Stamps # 164 but flipped around the sketch to work with my image. 

I took inspiration from the photo for the autumnal colour combo and coloured up the darling Hot Cocoa Marci digi from La La Land Crafts. I started off by stencilling with the Reverse Confetti Lotsa Dots Stencil with Rusty Hinge and Festive Berries Distress ink on Kraft Cardstock. I used my all time favourite MFT Horizontal Stitched Strips Die-nmaics to cut out a scrap of Orange Fizz Cardstock stamped with the MFT Wood Plank Background Stamp. I also used the MFT Vertical Stitched Strips and my MFT Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics for all the different layered strips.

I coloured Hot Cocoa Marci with my Copics, fussy cut her out and then popped her up on the card front. I stamped a sentiment from the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Harvest Blessings Stamp set on Primitive Heavyweight Cardstock with Paver Red Premium Dye Ink. I embellished with Orange Hemp cord and a sprinkling of sparkly Red YNS Gumdrops. 

 I finished up the inside of my card too....a shadow image of Hot Cocoa Marci and the sentiment is from the MFT DC Trick or Sweet Stamp set and Layered Treat Tag Die-namics.

Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Reminder - Tasty Tropics

Hey Stampin' friends! I was SO happy to be able to make a card for the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Tasty Tropics. with my Reverse Confetti Stamps and Confetti Cuts. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Tasty Tropics inspirational photo we have - SO fun! 

There is still time to join the fun and share you creation with us! You have until June 25th 8:00 AM CDT. The LEAD of this challenge will be invited to a guest designer in an up coming challenge!

I used MFT Heavyweight Cardstock and Premium Dye Ink in Primitive White, Sour Apple, Kraft, Grape Jelly, Grapesicle, Lemon Drop and Hot Fudge

I used the Retro Sketches # 219 for the layout inspiration for my Tasty Tropics card!

I used Reverse Confetti Stamps and Confetti Cuts for this card! I wanted to make a bunch of fresh coconuts, so I pulled out my Reverse Confetti Fresh 'N Fruity Stamp set and inked up the solid "orange" stamp from the set with green and brown chalk ink to resemble the coconuts. I cut them out with the co-ordinating Confetti Cuts. I also stamped and cut out several flowers with the Petals 'N Posies Stamp set and Petals 'N Posies Confetti Cuts. Everything is clustered on a cute tag stamped with the MFT Woodgrain Background Stamp and cut with the Reverse Confetti Thanks Tag Confetti Cuts. I tied the tag with some Hemp cord and embellished a few yellow YNS Gumdrops. I stamped the sentiment from the Petals 'N Posies Stamp set with Hot Fudge Premium dye Ink directly on the main panel cut from Primitive White Heavyweight Cardstock.

My favorite Things Stamps...MFTWSC # 257 and MFT Color Challenge # 34...Warmest Wishes

Hello stampin' friends! I'm quickly popping by to share the card that I made today for both the MFTWSC # 257 Sketch Challenge and the MFT Color Challenge # 34!

I used MFT Heavyweight Card Stock Nightshift Blue, Sour Apple, Primitive White and Pink Lemonade and I used Gumdrop Green and Razzle Berry Pink, Cotton Candy, Sour Apple, NightShift Blue and Chocolate Brown Premium Dye Ink. 

I wanted to ink up this sweet NEW Winter Warmth Stamp set and the coordinating Winter Warmth Die-namics. I stamped the NEW Crosshatch Background stamp with Sour Apple Premium Dye ink.  I used the Stitched Rounded Rectangle STAX, the Stitched Circle STAX and the Stitched Circles STAX Die-namics for the main panels. I stamped a sentiment from the NEW LLD Hug in a Mug Stamp set on the fishtail flag from Blueprints 12.  I "tied" the mittens together with a little Solid Blossom Twinery Twine from the Reverse Confetti Shop and added a sprinkling of bright pink YNS Gumdrops. 

I finished off the inside of my card too. I used the Horizontal Gift Card Pocket Die-namics and stamped another sentiment from the LLD Hug in a Mug Stamp set along with another little mug and a pretty poinsettia with the Warmest Wishes Stamp set and Die-namics.
