So, for my card today, I stamped this beauty, Cutthroat Lizzie, from Annie Rodrigue's Pirate collection, which I am totally loving and I am rather enjoying talking like a pirate too, smile! My 10 year old daughter, Hannah, loves Lizzie too and has declared her outfit to be "sick"!!! This is a compliment, lol!
I coloured Lizzie with Twinkling H20s again and cut the image out with my Nesties! I made the cardbase 6x6 from American Crafts cardstock and used this pretty Daisy Bucket paper. I found this fab gem frame at Micheals and I think it was only $1.50 and I thought it would be perfect for this card as it made me think of treasure...gold and gems all a sparkle! I used a few Prima flowers with MM gem brads and one of the great new Pirate sentiments that I stamped on a Nestie tag.
Here is the inside and I used another sentiment from the new Pirate Sentiments set!
Well, I hope you have fun on this wild adventure on the open seas...hopping from blog to blog...remember to leave comments along the way so you can be one of the three lucky stampers to clam treasure, smile!!!! Thanks for stopping by and having a wee peek!
Now, head on over to Crissy Armstrong's blog and check out her stunning creation!!!
