I love the NEW PI Turkey Time Stamp set and it's perfect for all your holiday cards and can easily be used for many other occasions too. I couldn't resist using the gorgeous new Authentique Peaceful 6x6 paper and so I went for a Christmas theme on my cards today. For my first card I stamped up the super sweet NEW PI Turkey Time and coloured her with my Copics and the paper pieced her dress. I then cut her out and pop-dotted her on the main panel cut with the Dizzy Doily Duo from corrugated cardstock. I used the NEW Fisthail Flag Layers STAX Die-namics, the solid circle border from the NEW Western Star Border Duo Die-namics and the gorgeous NEW Sunflower Die-namics also cut from corrugated cardstock. I matted with MFT Replenishments Licorice, Jellybean Green and Steel Grey Heavyweight card stock. I stamped one of the sentiments from the PI Turkey Time stamp set on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight card stock cut out with with one of the Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I embellished with Jellybean Green and Licorice Buttons, Hemp cord and some pretty green gems.
Here is the inside...I stamped the PI girl again and used a sentiment from the PI Holly Girl Stamp set. I added a few more Sunflowers with the NEW Sunflower Die-namics and pretty Jellybean Green and Licorice Buttons with Hemp Cord.
Now for my second card...this is NEW PI Corn Maze Girl...but wait where is the corn maze...well, I thought she would be perfect for a winter wonderland themed card too.
I coloured the NEW PI Corn Maze Girl with my Copics and paper pieced her cute out-fit. I cut
the image out with the Oval STAX Die-namics and inked with Antique Linen
Distress ink and then added Polar White Flower Soft for some snow. I
layered the main image on the Open Scallop Oval Doily cut from
corrugated cardstock. I added the Solid border form the NEW Western
Star Border Duo Die-namics and used the NEW Fishtail Flags Layers STAX Die-namics and the Fishtail Flags STAX Die-namics I stamped a sentiment from the PI Holiday Hugs Snowman Stamp
set and stamped the XOXO from the PI All Occasions Stamp set on the
circle charm from the NEW Howdy Die-namics. I matted with Licorice, Natural and Steel Grey Heavyweight Card Stock and added some Hemp cord and a Jellybean Green Button.
Here is the inside...I stamped the NEW PI Corn Maze Girl again and added another sentiment from the PI All Occasions Sentiment Stamp set and stamped it on Sweet Tooth Heavyweight card stock cut with one of the Die-namics from the NEW Howdy Die-namics.
