My Favorite Things Stamps...September MFT Teaser Day 1...Primitive Pumpkins!

It's hard to believe that Fall, my favorite season, is just around the corner. I love the cool, crisp fresh autumn air and I love wearing a snugly sweater. Halloween means lots of treats and thanksgiving dinner is the best!

Well, Lisa Johnson has designed the ultimate autumnal stamp and die-namics set,  the NEW Primitive Pumpkins Stamps and Die-namics set.  I made this card it and paired the set with the wonderful Authintiqe Carefree 6x6 paper pad.  I made the main panel with the Designer Label 2 and cut the pumpkins with the NEW Primitive Pumpkins Die-namics from pattern paper and stamped the coordinating stamps from the Primitive Pumpkins Stamp set. I also used the vines stamp from the set and added some curly vines around the tops of the pumpkins.  I also used the NEW Picket Fence Die-namics and I added some grass with the Fresh Cut Grass Die-namics. To add a bit of texture I cut 2 Simply Scallop Borders from Burlap material and added a twill tape bow with a Tangy Orange Button. I stamped one of the fab sentiments from the NEW Primitive Pumpkins Stamp set on pattern paper cut with one of the Sentiment Strips.

Here is the inside...the sentiment panel is cut with the Designer 2 Label STAX and I added another Simple Scallop border cut from burlap and some natural twill tape. The sentiment is from the NEW Primitive Pumpkins Stamp set and stamped on pattern paper cut with a Sentiment Strips Die-namics. I also stamped another cute stamp from the NEW Primitive Pumpkins stamp set.
