BasicGrey Challenges # 33....Wings....Happy B-day!

Good morning friends! I'm here to share my card that I made for BasicGrey Challenges this fortnight! The challenge is......Wings! We would like to see anything with wings, angles, fairies, butterflies, birds, even creepy crawly bugs, if you are so inclined,smile! Just remember that you MUST use at least one BG product on your creation and list it in your post to be eligible for the prize!

So on to my card....I needed to make a B-day card this week for my friend and co-worker and I was tight on time. So I used one of my PI stamps from My Favorite Things as they make such cute and quick cards... gotta love that! So I decided to use Fairy Girl PI stamp as she has wings and that is the Challenge this week at BG Challenges! I coloured her with my Copics and paper pieced her dress. I made my cardbase from Prism cardstock and did a BG mix and match, using papers from 3 different BG 6x6 paper pads...Jovial (looooovvve it), Oliver and just a bit from, Olivia! I also used my Kelly Panacci Stitching Stamps and I used the MFT Di-namics Perfect Bracket edge die. I embellished with some Prima flowers, cotton lace trim and AC ribbon! The sentiment is from one of the older Essential Sentiment sets from MFT and I stamped it on a QuicKutz tag and, of course, I had to add Stickles to Fairy Girl's wand and wings. I used my Viva Decor Pearl pen to add little pearls to her fairy slippers!


Here is the inside....I used the the Di-namics Framed Greetings sentiment stamp and die.
