Whiff of Joy Challenge # 83...A gorgeous Sketch by Bev...Joy!

Well, I hope everyone is enjoying the summer! We have been having a heat wave here in Ontario but it is letting up a bit now! Well, it is Wednesday and that means Whiff of Joy Challenge time! Bev has designed a beautiful sketch for us to use! I just loved this sketch and I hope you can get a chance to play along with us. For my card I finally broke out my 1001 Nights set and used this gorgeous Belly Dancing Willow that I coloured with my Copics. I used BasicGrey Wisteria 6x6 and Bazzill Basics Carstock to make the easel card.


To embellish I used this Prima lace and flower border, blue velvet ribbon, some prima flowers and Wild Orchid Crafts cherry blossoms and blue half pearls. The card is very sparkly IRL as I used my yellow and stardust Sakurah Glitter pen on the image. Sentiments are also by WOJ...the word "Joy" is from the WOJ 2009 Winter Kit and the other setniment is from the 1001 Nights kit!
